In order to serve customers in all corners of the world and bring the wonders of Brazilian cosmetics to you, we have developed a preferential partnership with the world's largest carriers, such as DHL and UPS, guaranteeing safe, fast and effective worldwide delivery.

Shipping Costs

On orders over USD 100 we offer completely Free, Fast and Secure Shipping through our partner carriers. Due to customs policies in some countries, customs may charge an import fee. According to the law, this fee is the customer's responsibility, but we offer a good option to compensate you if Import Taxes are applied - 50% of the import tax amount discounted on your next order (only valid upon the receiving of the import taxes payment receipt).

Estimated Delivery Time

We dedicate ourselves daily to deliver our orders worldwide, in the shortest possible time. Orders are shipped on the same day as the order, or at the latest on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are:

  • North America: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe*: 4 to 9 business days
  • South America: 2 to 4 business days
  • Asia and Africa: from 4 to 9 business days
  • Oceania: 4 to 9 business days
  • *Italy and Spain: 10 to 15 business days (due to a stop at our Distribution Center in Europe)
Refund Policy
Before asking for a refund or a product return, please send us a WhatsApp message. We'll be happy and available to solve whatever problem you have, and you can contact directly our executives and sales representants. If you got a damaged or wrong products, we will be happy to offer you a new product, or a full refund.
